Terms of Service

Silly Bot Collection is a community library for discovering, previewing, publishing, and downloading character cards and related files for compatible software. The Service also provides profiles, recommendations, rankings, feeds, search, articles, and moderation tools.

The Service does not operate the third-party software in which downloaded cards may be used. A character card’s creator, its content, and any external service linked from it remain the responsibility of their respective owners or operators.

Sign-in is provided through Discord. You are responsible for your Discord account, for activity performed through your session, and for keeping access to your account secure. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.

Some features require membership or a role in the designated Discord server. NSFW access is determined from the applicable Discord role. A role or account status may take time to update, and access may be withdrawn if the role is removed or if moderation action is taken.

You keep any ownership rights you hold in character cards, lorebooks, images, descriptions, profile material, articles, and other content you submit (“User Content”).

To operate and promote the Service, you grant Silly Bot Collection a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, display, and distribute your User Content through the Service. This license lasts while the content is available on the Service and for a reasonable period in backups, caches, and records required for security or legal compliance.

You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit the content and grant this license. Uploading content does not transfer ownership of third-party characters, artwork, writing, trademarks, or other intellectual property to you or to the Service.

You may not use the Service to upload, publish, link to, request, or distribute content or conduct that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, exploitative, or facilitates criminal activity;
• sexualizes minors, depicts child sexual abuse, or involves sexual content where the age of a depicted or described person is ambiguous;
• contains non-consensual intimate content, credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, or private personal information;
• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• contains malware, malicious code, deceptive downloads, or attempts to compromise the Service or another person;
• evades access controls, rate limits, bans, content labels, or moderation decisions;
• uses scraping, automation, or bulk requests in a way that disrupts the Service or unfairly extracts the library; or
• mislabels adult content as SFW or otherwise presents content in a materially misleading way.

Character cards may contain fictional, mature, or sensitive themes. Uploaders must choose accurate visibility labels and tags. These labels are a community safety tool, not a guarantee that content is suitable for every person.

We may review, limit, relabel, hide, lock, remove, or preserve content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, respond to reports, comply with law, or maintain the Service. Moderators may lock a profile’s public or private status; while locked, the user cannot change it without moderator action.

We may suspend or terminate access without advance notice for serious or repeated violations. Moderation decisions may use available account, role, upload, download, and technical records. You may ask the moderation team to review a decision, but an appeal does not guarantee reversal.

Downloads are provided for personal use subject to the rights and instructions of each creator and any applicable third-party license. The availability of a download does not mean that Silly Bot Collection owns it, endorses it, has reviewed every part of it, or grants permission beyond what the rights holder allows.

Inspect files and use compatible software responsibly. You accept the risks of relying on community content, external links, prompts, lorebooks, scripts, or other material provided by users.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent hosting, a particular search position, recommendation, ranking, download count, or preservation of any upload.

Keep your own backup of content that matters to you. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, legal requests, and technical limits may affect availability or data.

Except for User Content and third-party material, the Service’s software, design, branding, organization, and original materials belong to Silly Bot Collection or its licensors. These terms do not grant you a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a confusingly similar service from protected parts of the Service, except where applicable law permits it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Silly Bot Collection and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, account loss, or harm arising from community content, third-party services, or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may ask for deletion of your profile or personal information through the contact channel below. Removing an account does not automatically erase content that must be retained for legal, safety, anti-abuse, transaction-integrity, or backup purposes, and public copies downloaded by others cannot be recalled.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service’s operator, including applicable laws of Thailand, without overriding consumer protections that must apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may resolve disputes that cannot be settled informally.

We may update these terms as the Service or law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes, we may provide a notice on the Service or through the community. Continuing to use the Service after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
